We didn’t ‘withdraw our commissioner’. Lord Hill, who was the UK commissioner resigned immediately after the referendum vote. That was his personal decision.

He is being replaced by Sir Julian King, who will be the UK’s commissioner.

Are facts simply something that can be ignored, if they don’t fit what you wish to believe?
