Note it down. June 19, 2017. The day the Melbourne Age died of shame. Or should have, if it had not become entirely shameless.
June 19, 2017. The day a newspaper that had served the city for over 160 years got the spelling of one of its legendary thoroughfares wrong:
“Little Collin’s street.”
Who’s Little Collin?
(And don’t get me started on the lack of capitalisation on “street”.)
PS: Almost 10 hours after the piece first went live the errors remain uncorrected. So much for quality.
