Dark ages revisited?

Sir: The latest, frenzied, hysterical and vitriolic attack on President Trump by the media, over his “alleged” comments about Africa has me confused.

If Africa is the successful, vibrant country that was portrayed recently, with well-dressed, obviously well-educated and well-spoken people, then why are aid agencies always asking for money to save the poor, starving, disease-ridden children over there? Why are there constant civil wars, brutal dictatorships, starvation, hardships and flourishing terrorist organisations there?

And, why is there a mass migration from Africa to successful European countries?

Obviously, someone is telling lies, sadly I know just who is telling those lies.
