Well, whaddya know! It worked so well yesterday that the Greens have come back for an encore performance.

Forget about “Pass around the billy, my boys”. They’re up for a rousing chorus of “Pass around the carbon neutral, free trade, organic, renewable and sustainable begging bowl, whatever gender orientation or orientations that you’re embracing at this moment in time or indeed simply transitioning through — as is your right.”

Because, yes, it’s official. The Greens aren’t just opportunists. They’re opportunists without that many fresh ideas.
