Closed borders are unconstitutional – no question

You can’t argue that there is still a national coronavirus emergency that provides an exemption to Section 92 of the Constitution when all medical advice to state and federal governments is that there is no medical reason to keep borders closed. Not any more, with such low rates of infection across the country. 

And if you can’t argue that, Premiers Mark McGowan, Peter Gutwein, Steven Marshall, Annastacia Palaszczuk, you can’t expect to win the case.
