How Canberra can open closed state borders

It is unconstitutional to close borders between states, now that medical advice assures the Premiers that there is no scientific or medical emergency to justify their stands.  

Therefore, the citizens of states that refuse to open their borders should be denied Commonwealth JobKeeper and JobSeeker support. Prime Minister Scott Morrison cannot condone the breaking of constitutional law by continuing to pay those benefits. 

It is reasonable to assume that citizens of the affected states would demand the borders be opened within minutes of such an announcement.
