A friend of mine recently sent me a notice from a big law firm announcing the introduction of ‘Gender Affirmation Leave’. It will, apparently, be available to anyone ‘needing to take time out for surgery or other medical procedures during affirmation’.
It is the language being used here that is deceitful on an industrial scale.
