With all the attention being paid to the Chinese Communist Party’s birthday, we thought it only fair that our beloved ABC get a look in too.

Why? Because it’s also their birthday today.

The CCP is a little bit older, notching up its centenary, but the ABC isn’t that far behind at 89.
