A small award should be presented to the Australian’s Alice Workman for her new coinage. She has given us a word to describe the current sham election campaign being run by both Labor and the Coalition at full tilt. She is calling it a shampaign. Well, done Alice. Unfortunately it only works in print, not spoken aloud.
