For the last couple of years, I’ve tried to ignore all mainstream media (apart from incidental occasions when it ambushed me) – but I did still indulge in a daily scan of the headlines, if only to see what kinds of lies were the flavour of the month. Substack and Twitter filled the void for up-to-date news, including the latest examples of self-harm within the psyche of Western Civilisation.
The final step in my path to rid myself of MSM was to ditch the headline scan.
