The eSafety Commissioner recently dropped her case against Elon Musk, who faced fines of $782 500 a day, for having commentary of Mar Mari’s alleged stabbing available on his X platform. The bishop himself, while recovering, filed an affidavit in support of the footage remaining on X.
I acknowledge the Australian Government’s desire to have the videos removed because of their graphic nature.
