Last week our editor urged an incoming Coalition government to dispense with Welcomes to Country, ubiquitous Aboriginal flags and so on. Here I would like to add another demand.

As Rowan Dean outlined, this country is being draped in a suffocating mantle of Aboriginality that has no resemblance to reality. It does not reflect this nation.
