This week, we have welcomed in a ‘Golden Era’ and said goodbye to the gloomiest four years of Millennial life we’ll (hopefully) ever have to endure: The Dead Era of 2020-24.

We remember the doleful summers, the eruption of two wars, dead pets, Jenna Marbles leaving the internet (I cried, please for the love of God come back), we saw the ugliest Olympic ceremony in memory, supposedly esteemed degree-educated bureaucrats being unable to define a woman, some of the largest child traffickers and abusers convicted or exposed, and the Commonwealth welcomed a new King with a bleedingly affronting portrait…

We were beleaguered...
